A monthly rotating-host dinner club founded in 2023 by Edina, based around Huntsville / Madison / Hazel Green, Alabama. The concept was originally created by Ana, who now lives in the Azores (Portugal) and participates remotely as an honorary member.
For each dinner: the host sets the theme, selects the menu, assigns one dish to each member, and cooks the main dish. The host may also invite one honored guest to fill the eight-person table.
