A monthly supper club · Huntsville, Alabama

A monthly rotating-host dinner club founded in 2019 by Ana, who now lives in the Azores (Portugal) and takes part remotely as an honorary member. Edina carried it on in 2024, welcomed two new members, and gave the club its current name. It gathers around Huntsville / Madison / Hazel Green, Alabama.

For each dinner: the host sets the theme, selects the menu, assigns one dish to each member, and cooks the main dish. The host may also invite one honored guest to fill the eight-person table.
